POLICIES
We are honoured that you have chosen Pristine Pores as your go-to clinic. We kindly request that you accept our clinic policies prior to scheduling an appointment at Pristine Pores, as our services are in high.
Secure Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 per treatment. On the day of your appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure. It might be in your best interest to hold onto this deposit for upcoming reservations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
While we acknowledge that changes to your booking may be necessary, we respectfully ask that you provide us at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit will be applied to your subsequent appointment. Should you decide to cancel during the 24-hour notice period, your total deposit will be lost.
Appointment Reminder & Confirmation Policy
Three days before your appointment, you will receive an SMS notice reminding you of the appointment. We kindly ask that you respond to this SMS or give us a call at 0466 034 938 to reschedule. After one more phone call and SMS, if we don't hear from you, we'll cancel your appointment and apply your deposit to your account.
Punctuality Policy
We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes early for all appointments to ensure that your treatment starts on time. If you are running late, please contact us at 0466 034 938. We reserve the right to adjust your treatment time to ensure our subsequent bookings are not affected.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show for an appointment, I understand that my deposit will be automatically forfeited, irrespective of circumstance.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Pristine Pores has a strict no-refund/exchange policy. Skincare products may not be exchanged due to change of mind. If you encounter any adverse reactions, please email contact.pristinepores@gmail.com with attached photos of your skin and your current skincare products.
Code of Conduct Policy
Pristine Pores has zero tolerance for rude or aggressive behaviour, which will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for this reason
