• Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash under any circumstances.
• This includes situations where an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled — the value remains on your gift card for future use.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment and are valid until the expiry date shown.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

• All gift cards have a 3 year expiry date. From date of purchase.
